WhAt home appliances consumes much energy?

I live in a very nice loft. I’m going for the feng shui theme as I’m not into contemporary, traditional or modern decorative styles. Not to mention, I am on a very tight budget. What types of places can I find really great bargains for sheets, furniture, appliances, electronics, vases, wicker, etc. I want stuff that is stylish too…not junk.
