What should I do If a someone at work is following me home and is trying to see where I live (which she did)?

I am a 30 year old male who has been working in the warehouse of a furniture/appliance/matress/electronics store for 6 years. And in that store there is a coffee house. In the first 3 years of me working at that I have been going to that coffee shop inside my store. The owner is chinese lady and her husband(in their early 40’s). When I’d go we’d joke around with co-workers and the owners of that coffee house. I have been giving that lady business for those three years. I would also leave a tip in the tip mug. I noticed she was always nervous around me. Once when I was in the warehouse she came to throw out her garbage and said something to me. Since her english isn’t the greatest I could not really understand what she saying. She wrote down a email and password, and she gave me that piece of paper. Later after work I rushed home and entered that email address and password. I was shocked at all(100’s) of “I miss you entries”. Now she is following my car. What do I do?
